The second phase encompasses workflow redesign, solution design and assessment if off-the-shelf solutions or custom-built solutions or an intelligent combination of both is best suited for the project outcomes.
The third phase now focuses on bringing the solution(s) to life. This includes building a custom solution, working with solutions vendors and overseeing deployment, acting as the project manager as well as project champion, and ensuring all deliverables are achieved in a timely and expected manner.
